Items are shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment.  We ship via Royal Mail services.

Should you find your item is not as described or damaged you may return it within 7 days of receipt.

We will refund you the cost of the item but not the postage cost.  This is only if the item is returned in its original packaging, unused.  Also include a copy of your receipt.

USA orders: there may be a small additional charge required for postage, the shipping costs quoted are estimated for the UK and Europe only. in2stitches will email USA customers to offer three choices for postage, i.e: costs for parcels by sea, and costs tracked and untracked by air. The original shipping charge paid at source will be deducted from the final cost incurred for postage.
